Stéphane Lasme

Co-Founder & Managing Director, Africa & Gabon

Stéphane is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Stedde Capital. With a global perspective, a background in professional sports, and deep ties to Gabon, he is dedicated to driving economic growth through sustainable and impactful ventures.

Born in Port-Gentil, Gabon, Stéphane’s journey began on the basketball court, where his talent earned him an athletic scholarship to the University of Massachusetts, where he earned a degree in biology. After an accomplished career, including being drafted into the NBA and playing professionally around the world for over a decade—he transitioned into business, applying his leadership, discipline, and global network to investment and development initiatives.

Stéphane is also the Founder of ErbnWorld, a company that invests in and consults within the cannabis industry, focusing on strategic growth, regulatory navigation, and market development. Additionally, Stephane founded Reset Health, an organization dedicated to ethical research, sustainable cultivation, and the manufacturing of medicinal products derived from the Iboga plant in Gabon, ensuring that local communities benefit from its medicinal and economic potential.



Through Stedde Capital, Stéphane leads initiatives that connect international capital with high-potential opportunities in Africa, emphasizing responsible investment and long-term value creation. Beyond business, he remains actively involved in sports development, youth mentorship, and cultural preservation, working to create a lasting impact in Gabon and beyond.

Devon Kelley

Co-Founder & Managing Director, Capital

Devon is Stedde Capital’s Co-Founder and Managing Director, Capital, overseeing the firm’s investment portfolio, diligence processes and other strategic financial initiatives.

Prior to founding Stedde Capital in early 2023, Devon led Park Lane's placement agency business, playing a principal role in the firm’s capital raising endeavors, deal sourcing, diligence & evaluation. Led engagements across capital raises, mergers and acquisitions, strategic consulting and secondary transactions.

Devon previously spent over 4 years in Macquarie Capital’s TMET (Technology, Media, Entertainment, Telecom) group, focusing on SPACs advisory, private equity sell-side transactions, leveraged buyout advisory and debt financings. In the last year of his tenure leading up to the COVID-19 pandemic, he helped spearhead the development of the group’s sport tech subsector focus.

Prior to Macquarie, Devon held various positions throughout the sports & entertainment world, most notably at Momentum Worldwide and then IMG Consulting, working with clients such as American Express, Verizon, USAA and the NFL. After IMG, he advised life science startups in Tel Aviv, Israel, while training with the Israeli national lacrosse team as it prepared for the World Lacrosse Championships.

Devon holds an M.B.A. (concentration in Finance with a specialization in Entertainment) from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, and a B.A. in Political Science from Yale University where he was a member of the men’s varsity lacrosse team.



Devon holds Series 63, 7 and 79 securities licenses.

Ed Reynolds

Managing Director, Sports

Ed serves as the Managing Director of Sports at Stedde Capital, where he leads initiatives at the intersection of sports, investment, and innovation. With a global network that spans Silicon Valley, Europe, and the Middle East, he brings a uniquely international perspective to his work, bridging industries and cultures to create lasting value.

Ed is a retired professional athlete who spent four seasons in the National Football League, playing as a defensive back for the Philadelphia Eagles and the Cleveland Browns 2014-2017. A standout both on and off the field, Ed studied Political Science at Stanford University, where he was a two-time First Team All-Pac-12 selection and a Preseason All-American.



Following his NFL career, Ed successfully transitioned into business development, focusing on real estate ventures and early-stage startups. Leveraging the discipline and leadership skills honed during his athletic career, he quickly established himself in the business world as a strategic connector and growth catalyst. His recent work in corporate partnerships includes aligning major brands such as Manscaped and Dr. Pepper with emerging and experiential properties like the Pillow Fighting Championships and The Taste of Tennis—bringing innovative activations to life and bridging brands with unique audiences.

Bryce Klontz

Managing Director, Health & Wellness

Bryce is Stedde Capital’s Managing Director, Health & Wellness, overseeing the firm’s health-focused investments and our portfolio of Stedde-founded healthcare companies.

Prior to joining Stedde Capital, Bryce was the President of BCK Consulting, an early-stage life science advisory firm and a Venture Partner at Varia Ventures.  Bryce is an accomplished health tech executive, having built and led technical and commercial teams in the US, Europe and in Asia. Bryce was previously the CEO of New View Surgical, an emerging medical device company developing proprietary imaging and access technologies for minimally invasive surgery (MIS). Prior to New View Surgical, Bryce was the VP, Sales and Marketing at Woven Orthopedics and as Vice President of Commercial Strategy, Emerging Markets at Covidien, PLC he led efforts to build commercial capabilities within the $1.5B+ Asia, Latin America, Emerging Europe, Middle East and Africa geographies. Bryce spent 14 years at Covidien (now Medtronic) in various leadership roles including Marketing Director in both the US and Europe, as well as 3 years as Vice President, Surgical Devices Business Unit in Asia, headquartered in Singapore. He also served as the global post-M&A integration lead for many of Covidien's most impactful acquisitions. Earlier in his career, Bryce played a pivotal role in the global launch of The CO₂ Heart Laser System at PLC Medical Systems, Inc.



With over 30 years of global experience in Med Tech and Bio Tech, Bryce is an active advisor for multiple early-stage med tech companies and CEOs. Bryce recently taught a popular Entrepreneurship and Strategy course for the department of Biomedical Engineering at Tufts University. Bryce has a bachelor’s degree in Biology & Physiology from Northwestern University and received his M.B.A. from Boston College’s Carrol School of Management with concentrations in Marketing and Finance.

Mac Hereford

Managing Director,   Acceleration

Mac is Stedde Capital’s Managing Director, Acceleration & Partnerships, building brands and accelerating growth for numerous sports and lifestyle companies.

Mac is a dynamic entrepreneur and marketing expert with a passion for branding and strategy. Mac is a proud graduate of the University of Alabama, where he played football from 2016-2019, earning two SEC Championships and a National Championship. He furthered his education with a master’s in marketing from Vanderbilt University.

Transitioning into the business world, Mac has founded his own media and marketing company that has accelerated the growth of numerous startups and other businesses and brands. With extensive experience in the sports and entertainment industries, he has built a robust network across various fields, including sports, talent and music.



Mac has also played a pivotal role in the successful exit of a sports betting company, showcasing his strategic acumen.
